Mega Ward’s new Bed and Breakfast
A group of 11 of us visited Mega in Puerto
Vallarta in January, 2002. We only had the day in town as we were on a cruise, but we wanted to see her new B&B. We stopped and shopped in the flea market on the river, and then strolled to "Le Bistro"
on the river to meet Mega for lunch. The market and restaurant are literally just a stone’s throw from her place. After a great lunch, we all went on over to Mega’s and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of her Bed and Breakfast.
I referred to her "new" place. That’s because a terrible Christmas-time fire caused her to start over, somewhat over a year ago. She has made a wonderful recovery. None of us ever got to see the first version, it was so short lived, but the renovation has come out beautifully.
Mega is a Chicagoan who got good sense and sought out a warm place to winter. She has spent a good part of her life in Mexico, a lot of it in Puerto Vallarta.
There is a lot to see in Puerto Vallarta, and Mega can tell you what to see, where it is, when to see it, who to see to get to see it, and perhaps most importantly, why you want to see it in the first place.
She offers all the standard amenities of a bed and breakfast, plus a gourmet
kitchen and a

special twist – a plastic surgery package. Mega explains that plastic surgery is less expensive in Mexico, and Mega can help arrange for the surgery itself, and post-hospital nursing care in her B&B!
