Sarah is foot-loose and fancy free.  She holds a degree in Business and Management from California State University-Fullerton.  She is a certified substitute teacher in the state of California.  She devotes essentially full time to the operation of The French Inn.

Sarah's long time buddies are Bonnie and Buster.  The added wings indicate her assessment of their (angelic) personalities.  

A recent addition to the French Inn family is Hanna, an amiable Golden retriever.  Hanna has learned to fit in with Bonnie and Buster, but the learning experience was not all good.
